When there was a break in doing open world level design I did some work placing "hit missions". There are places in the world where the player looks to hunt down and kill off the "made men" of the enemy families. Since only the correct kill condition will take the enemy out permanently they were built to accommodate that. Usually I gave the player one obvious way and one sneaky way to approach the fight. Here are a few of my favorites.
