100% remote, video conferenced daily, live-chat endlessly while humor led all. I could mix even limited tools here in endless ways. My prototypes proved level design as mission critical early on. Many more level designers were hired and I became a remote lead, meeting and guiding others to collaboratively invent puzzles. Seeing puzzle design hitting mental limits I devised a system to modularize the process between designers to avoid blocks. New puzzle levels per designer per day.
